Add conversation file

What is purpose of Add Conversation component ? In generate response, from UI it is accepting parameters --> Conversation_Id and user_id. File name and Prompt are coming as event, I am not clear how these two parameters are coming as event, can you please help me with the flow, high level architecture diagram does not clarify about the component like "Add Conversation".
