Update nodejs version from 12.x to 22.x

so that the example works with the current version of AWS SAM CLI

Description of changes:

  • adjusted nodejs runtime version from 12.x to 22.x at every location in all template.yaml files

since nodejs does not support 12.x any longer (see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/lambda-runtimes.html)
