Add EBS storage to reports

Adds report for EBS storage per volume type. Also showing snapshot storage. See attached image.

@Till--H, thanks for the contribution. This doesn't seem to match all volumes. Here are usage types that don't show up for me:

line_item_usage_type line_item_line_item_description
EUC1-EBS:VolumeUsage.gp2 $0.119 per GB-month of General Purpose SSD (gp2) provisioned storage - EU (Frankfurt)
EU-EBS:VolumeUsage.gp2 $0.11 per GB-month of General Purpose SSD (gp2) provisioned storage - EU (Ireland)
EBS:VolumeUsage.gp2 $0.10 per GB-month of General Purpose SSD (gp2) provisioned storage - US East (Northern Virginia)

Can you please check again - and also pay attention to the same issue with snapshots as I don't have examples for that?
