Suggestion to increase max TTL

The max TTL for both the Secrets Manager and Parameter Store is limited to 5 minutes.

[AWS Parameters and Secrets Lambda Extension] 2024/11/19 11:08:33 WARN SECRETS_MANAGER_TTL exceeds max limit. Setting Secrets Manger TTL to 5m0s.

For our use case, I was hoping to set it to 45 min. Any chance to relax the upper limit?
