Update sample code after deprecating `getConfiguration` in favor of `StartConfigurationSession`

Hi 👋, We are currently evaluating AppConfig.

The apis used in this sample code have been deprecated in favor of StartConfigurationSession

I can't find any resources on how to programmatically use StartConfigurationSession.
