(S2S sample-codes/websocket-nodejs) Microphone settings not optimal for my setup

I just wanted to mention that if you encounter issues with Sonic understanding what you are saying you need to:

1/ check which microphone is your browser actually using 2/ try to modify the microphone settings:

In my case I got better result disabling both noiseSuppression and echoCancellation.
