Direct Psql Connection for migration

Hi there,

Thank you for this great CF template that seems to be running great so far. I do need to run a migration on the DB though. I need to do it from my local machine, I was hoping to use the Jump Box via SSH and port forwarding, but I can't seem to figure out what RDS endpoint to use. Do you know of which I could use to run the migration? I don't want to use the PgPool Endpoint for this one. Thank you!
