Feature request: Submit GC stats to Cloudwatch Metrics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Monitoring GC behaviour for Lambda functions is a common need. It would be great if the metrics module had a mechanism to automatically export these to Cloudwatch Metrics.
