Releases on PyPi

Hi,

are there any plans to fix the releases of the Go language plugin on PyPi?

Currently the latest release on PyPi is 2.0.4 (https://pypi.org/project/cloudformation-cli-go-plugin/#history). According to Github there were releases named v1.1.0 and v1.2.0 after that, but those are not released on PyPi and also kind of mix up the release history.

The PyPi update is required for the 31-Dec-2023 EOL of go1.x as test-type will install the plugin via pip prior to the test.
