Update content-management.mdx to download data section
Description of changes:
Now that conflict resolution disabled apps are supported in the CMS, we need to update the Download all items text for conflict resolution disabled apps.
This needs an update because conflict resolution disabled apps require querying for data items by page unlike conflict resolution apps that have the data automatically synced in the background with DataStore.
This is similar to downloading items in DDB console where you can only download by page.
