Server does not run

The dedicated server was updated for Alloyed Collective so I figured I'd give this a spin.

Unfortunately, it seems to crash on startup, unable to open the exe:

It seems it's still downloading the version from last month, which is an empty depot. (Thanks, GBX.)

@FlitPix Yes I believe it's still pointing to https://steamdb.info/patchnotes/20243729/ , where they removed everything ..

We could try forcing the most recent depot with 'download_depot' but I'm not sure how to run that non-interactively
