Yaml Config for outlier models

I noticed that the yaml configs provided for the outlier_nx_pretrained models have different paths for the "inherit_from" field than the default paths provided.

Also, there seems to be some confusion between the outlier_1x model and outlier_3x model, with the outlier/out_1x_pretrained.yaml pointing to the supposed ours_outlier_3x.pt.
