1. How are the instance-labels of point cloud annotated? Are the instance-labels of point cloud annotated according to the 3D BBox automatically or annotated by other manual methods?

2. Will there be anymore 3D-instance-segmentation-challenge? I found this challenge but it has no update since 2020. I wonder if there will be another 3D-instance-segmentation-challenge.
