More middleware examples

Problem Statement

We can do a lot with middleware but the only real example right now is the logging example. We just solved another issue using middleware, but it wasn't an obvious solution. It would be good to put together a few more "real world" sorts of examples with middleware to help make the use more concrete.

Desired Solution

Documentation and possibly examples in the Examples repo showing middleware in action.

Alternatives You've Considered

Uh... letting people troll through issues, but that's not really a solution. 😆
