lua-resty-auto-ssl New Release?

Hello! Thank you for this library! Is it possible to get a new release? It seems like there are a few commits recently that help deal with the expired certs that aren't being removed.

You can always build it yourself from this repository. Nobody is stopping you. Or you can use Caddy which has this feature built in.

@GUI would you be willing to add maintainers to this repo? There are many articles that link to this repo, so it's a shame to see it die. It would also be nice to have this available on OPM instead of having to rely on luarocks.

Recently came across https://github.com/fffonion/lua-resty-acme which is very similar to lua-resty-auto-ssl. Tried it myself and it worked without problems, but I only did test deployments so far (against the Let's Encrypt staging server).

I just managed to run without any issue. tested live and my server issues certs with no problem
