Allow setting renewal time of day

It would be helpful to us if we could set renewals to occur at a specific time of day. For example start updates at 8pm each night, or Sundays at 7pm. However, implementing a schedule like that would be complex, I recognize, so I'd like to suggest this as a feature request. If I get some time I may take a stab at it.
