Created user-export usage details
Initial commit, need few formatting to be done. No more technical data needs to go in this file. This information is not present in the public documentation and customers like Telkomsel use these steps. Everytime when they want to get user-exports they create a support ticket, So avoiding that by creating this document.
Need to make a few changes the version of a0cli has been updated and the arguments have changed. Do not merge.

@rkhoriander there are improvements to this feature that will be released by next month, so the details that I have mentioned would not be correct at that time, considering the changes are coming in short period I would suggest this PR to be removed at this point or we wait for changes to happen/released and then do the respective changes to this doc/PR.
