SSO between the AppBrowser and the app fails at times

Description

When the app is resumed from the background after the Access Token has expired, Single Sign-On (SSO) integration between the app and appBrowser (utilizing Android Custom Tabs or Safari View Controller) prompts the user to log in again

Reproduction

• You will need to have an SSO connection in your auth0 setup
• login to the app
• open the browser and launch the external app from the app (SSO should work now)
• return to your application
• Put application in the background
• return to the app 30 seconds before the app AT should expire
• try to launch the external app from the app
• You should be prompted to sign in again on the mobile browser
