No documentation for Cmd-Shift-5 / Cmd-Option-5 preferences dialog

There needs to be documentation to alert people of the fact that by pressing Cmd-Option-5 (on Macs) or Cmd-Shift-5 on other OSes you can bring up a preferences dialog with per-app emulation settings.
