Some plugins not showing

As reported here, a user has found that XAM does not pick up on some installed plugins.

it seems that plugins are being identified by having a *.xpl file in their root folder. All plugins where that file is in the 32 and/or 64 directories are not shown on the list. At least that's the case with my installation.
