Administration Issue

Is there any way to run the program without on the administration account? I've tried "running as admin" on a non-admin account and changing the permissions to let all other accounts use it, but it never works unless I am logged into the admin account and running it there. The program opens up and shows things that can be muted, but not things that can be rerouted, like Spotify or web browsers ie Firefox, chrome, etc.

I verified that this software can be used on "Windows 10 Fall Creators Update" without administrator privileges. As a result, in my environment this software worked normally, so I suggest that you change the execution level of User Account Control from "requireAdministrator" to "asInvoker", and you build and provide it.
