openSMILE isn't Open Source
The README.rst and also the LICENSE file in this repository claim that "the source code and binaries are freely available for private, research, and educational use under an open-source license".
Most people understand the term "open source" to refer to software that is licensed in accordance with the Open Source Definition. The openSMILE license is most certainly not compatible with the OSD, precisely because it doesn't allow selling the software or using it commercially. In fact, the statement quoted above is a contradiction in terms.
Of course, as the owner of the copyright, you're free to choose whichever licensing model works for you, but perhaps you could remove the term "open source" from the README and LICENSE files (and anywhere else they might be) to avoid confusion? If you want an alternative, perhaps source-available could work.
