Firmware extraction failed on simple .bin file that I was able to manaully extract via binwalk -e and dd

Hi there,

I imagine the project is dead but I was wondering if I could get some potential help with getting this to work. I have got a cramfs file system in this firmware image, and its extractable just fine when i use binwalk -e or manually via dd.

Any help as to what Im doing wrong would be highly appreciated as I am using the attifyOS for reference.
