depth chart is broken

image The depth chart is supposed to show the depth of the orderbook, but at the moment, it does not show anything.

See this picture from the README how it's supposed to work: image

depth chart is broken because depth field has been removed in orderbook in mm2 (https://github.com/particle4dev/hyperdex/blob/master/app/renderer/components/DepthChart.js#L37)
