Change how folder displaystyles are implemented

Currently display style is saved on the folder resource. This has some implications:

1. Everyone will have the same view and it will switch for everyone when someone changes the view.
2. You can only change view when you have write rights for the resource
3. Changing views creates commits that bloat the history.

Best thing to do is probably to decouple views from the data and save the view in localstorage
