Pagination does not work on versioning endpoint

Which makes sense, because versioning #135 #42 constructs its own Collection. This logic will probably have to be altered.

Also, we need to consider a more generic approach to caching dynamic collections to enable sorting, filtering and, indeed, pagination #139
