Setting a license for data - ontology / class / properties

Working on #103 and talking to @jonassmedegaard made me realise that we currently have no way of representing a license for data reuse in Atomic Data.

I don't want to re-create something as complete, flexible and powerful as W3C's ODRL specification, but I do want to have a simple way to describe a license field that is applicable to everyone reading it.
