Not Autocompleting Classes from Composer Packages

I have noticed that autocomplete is not inspecting 3rd-party composer packages included in the project, even though in Core Settings I have disabled "Exclude VCS Ignored Paths":

undetected-classes

Any potential solutions for this. It would be nice if it can track those even when you create files
