Unity Shim Error

Im pretty new to Unity and am getting this error when opening? Any Ideas? Assets\Plugins\GitHub\Editor\UnityAPIWrapper.cs(15,17): error CS0103: The name 'UnityShim' does not exist in the current context

I think changing file name or type can help
