DjangoTemplate syntax fix

Changed DjangoTemplate syntax to include the right html base syntax (Espresso 2 update)

Ok, now I see that there are quite a few changes required to get this working with Espresso 2. If noone else is planning on doing this, I will give it a go (although I've never looked at sugars before). I just don't want to be duplicating work with anyone else.
