Error: Exception during execution of external process

Hello MaxQuant Team,

I am trying to run a batch of experiment on cluster with 15 raw files and 6 fasta files as database. I am getting an error:

Exception during execution of external process followed by Fatal error messages.

When I tried to execute the same 15 samples with 2 fasta files it finished without any error or issue. May I know what may be causing this issue? Any clue will be of great help.
