[FEATURE] Capture the matrics generates by the CLI Commands
Why do we need this improvement?
We already have a service designed for capturing the matrices: https://github.com/smoya/asyncapi-adoption-metrics
We can take a reference and create a new repo that will capture matrices result of each command to understand the usage.

Still relevant.
This seems very interesting to me! Can I work on this?
Problem is this was already there in CLI by @Amzani if I remember but was discontinued due to loss of interest as well as users not looking well upon metrics collection.
