Add query_region to ESA modules

@keflavich already has a branch for this for HSA, but maybe it would make sense for the other ESA modules, too? Currently, only JWST has it. Also, it's totally fine if it doesn't make sense for a module, please just comment on it and we'll cross it out from the list below.

• [ ] esasky --- esasky has query_region_maps, query_region_catalogs, and query_region_spectra, so it may or maynot make sense to have a query_region() as well, maybe querying all three categories?
