Migration to www.astronomer.io/docs

This PR changes the docs domain from docs.astronomer.io to www.astronomer.io/docs.

There is a related PR in our marketing site repo for updating redirects and URLs there as well as a Netlify proxy redirect to keep existing Netlify builds + workflow as they currently are for docs but served from www.astronomer.io/docs
