Feature: Create custom color theme

so i had opened the issue #544 in reference to a color selector, and that specific suggestion seemed to have been dismissed, but i also had mentioned wanting to customize the colors of the background and the border.

the issue #473 was brought up as a "solution"? which sort-of works, just for the default colors- not if i colorpick my own colors. so i'd like to be able to create my own color set (so to select from the default category styles or my own style)

this is how it should look, how i have it set up on my coughdrop board and how i like my buttons looking.

these, while good options, are not entirely accurate to my preferred color selections, and what i'm suggesting is a way to make my own color category set.

now, yes, setting my own background color on each button and also turning off "Activate color categories of grid elements" seems to do my original request relatively fine (the outlines i use are darker shades of the base color anyway), but that would take editing many buttons and adding colors to each of them (and while yes, there is a decently easy way with the mentioned transfer appearance option, i think having a custom color category option would be better / less tedious, and would allow for one to use their own color options with other peoples boards as well for ease of... sameness? routine i guess? not sure the word my brain is very fuzzy trying to explain this)
