Global rename operation

For a project tracked/created through datakit, there are a variety of places where a name is specified in various services: for example, hosts such as github and gitlab and data storage services such as Amazon S3.

Once each individual plugin has implemented a renaming function, it should be the case that a global rename operation runs through the rename for each plugin on a project in turn.
