Once core setup docs are updated, we'll need a version for Windows users.

+1 . Though mileage will vary on Windows for some of the plugins we have so far. If memory serves, not all of them will be compatible. We should do a full sweep on the plugins and core library to verify compatibility. Perhaps another ticket related to Windows support is in order?
