base.py uses wrong import for huey

You have to specify as per djhuey documentation 'huey.contrib.djhuey' not 'huey.djhuey' . with this modification it works on Ubuntu 15.04 and python 2.7.9. Here it needs to be modified: hopperpw/settings/base.py: 'huey.djhuey',
