Can you provide some documentation for the setup process please

I'm very interested in using this project, I'm having difficulty setting it up, e.g correct file paths, linkers etc

It would incredible if there was some documentation/video on the setup/installation process

possibly some tutorial of a simple operation, like extracting an image from a .e57 file

I too am having problems setting it up and am coming across the pthread.h error. Advice would be welcomed, I am keen to try this implementation.

I found that it was the dependency XercesC that needed to be installed. I am unfamiliar with cmake so issue 74 helped.
