[feature] detect blank logcat caused by disabled service

Following #270, add detection on whether a non-blank file is actually produced and discard empty files, notifying the user. Since logcat can be disabled system-wide (e.g. by removing /dev/log) and users are not always aware of it, detecting this situation would be useful.
