figure out endpoint from url

Now that plugin supports username & password fields it would be nice to get features to work without ~/.github file. So, if endpoint is generated out of repo url field it would be cool.

eg: url: https://github.com/ashwanthkumar/gocd-build-github-pull-requests.git / [email protected]:ashwanthkumar/gocd-build-github-pull-requests.git endpoint: https://github.com/api/v3
