Set Field of View (FOV)

Hello, how can you set a field of view value?

In some way it seems to be related to the scale setting, but what is the relation between scale and FOV?

For example, 70FOV, scale = ?

Would be nice to know how to relate them so I can set the pinch config dynamically.
