Demo not working

Opening and running Demo.xcodeproj returns the following error.

The file to open is ARCollectionViewMasonryLayout.xcworkspace, and it requires CocoaPods to use as well. I've opened https://github.com/ashfurrow/ARCollectionViewMasonryLayout/issues/32 to improve this process and make it easier to open the Demo project.
