Include Launcher for hello_pi folders

Just a link to the hello_pi folder

Or just an easier way to launch the demos. The location of them is pretty obscure.

I had in mind just some sort of link to the directories. Out of the box the various programs are not compiled and its a useful introduction for people to have to Make them.

A good alternative is to move the examples into the home folder.
