This PR is based on the v3.4.2 of the integration and it could replace my previous PR #400 it works with both first and second generation of Wiser Hub

sensors for wiser equipment have bee created ( powertags, smartplugs, heatin-actuators)

Ok, so using your PR for the api, I have run this in my dev env and note the following:

1. It creates errors caused by trying to create equipment power sensors for smartplugs and heating actuators on a v1 hub that doesn't have the equipment data
2. It creates duplicate power sensors for heating actuators and smartplugs on v1 and v2 hubs

Can you look at these please. thx

The duplicated power and energy sensors correspond to the Equipment objects provided by V2

@msp1974 I've fixed the duplicates power informations. The V2 hub has created a new object equipment that provide electrical measures, so I favor this type of data.

I made the test with the aioWiserHeatAPI V 1.5.13 and the Integration V3.4.6 with without any error. Could you give me some more informations on those that you have.
