Rotate hamburger on 90 degrees

I had such a problem as the rotation of the left menu button on 90 degrees when you open the sidebar and back 90 degrees at closing. I tried to implement, but my experience is clearly lacking in this task. Tell me how this can be done? This is a very interesting and nice feature.
