Fix problems on browsers that traverse through links.

I had to add the prevent default to fix a ton of navigation issues caused on several SmartTVs hitachi, pionner, noblex.

Adding the preventDefault fixed the problems.

Any reason to not include this? The Travis CI log makes no sense, why is the rakefile not there? why do we even need a rakefile?

I would like to use this library in my project without having to clone and fixit in a local git and use the fixed lib.

Please consider reviewing my PRs to fix this library.
