Red Channel Missing
I'm getting an only blue and green output image when processing a soft symbol .s file.
If I run medet [input] [output] -S, the third picture is all black. But the other two are OK. And composite picture has no red color.
I processed the same .s file with LRPT Offline Decoder and i get the a normal picture with the red, blue and green channels just fine.
I'm running in on linux Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon compiled medet from source.
The satellite has 6 channels of which it transmits only 3 on the LRPT transmissions. The decoder has options to select which channels to decode. Currently Meteor-M2 is transmitting APIDS ('channels') 64, 65 and 66. When the decoder was written, this was 64, 65 and 68. So try running the decoder with options -b 64 -g 65 -r 66 instead of -b 64 -g 65 -r 68.
Updated the defaults.
Do you think it's possible to detect which channels are present in the file? That way there would be no need to keep track of the actual status of the satellite.

This has the current channels in use.
My "trick" is to run 2 instances of the decoder in parallel and detect which channels are blank. Since the decoder runs on a single core, I had idle cores anyway.
