Stop using ncurses

NCurses is causing limitations. Convert Teditor to VT100 carriage returns.

Lol... I despise Ncurses. It leaks memory like a sieve. Too bad there's nothing better in common use...

In the case of Ted, ANSI escapes are probably enough, the only problem will be the mouse/touchscreen support, that may be removed.
