Set correct Type-X state when browser restarted

Currently the icon is in greyed-out state, even though it's active. After expanding the extension the icon is correct for the rest of the browser's life.

Interesting catch! I hadn’t realized that. I guess I probably don’t quit my browser often enough. 😅
